About the Position

The Senior People Systems Project Analyst plays a vital role within the Enterprise Resource Planning team, driving the implementation of a new cloud-based HCM solution in collaboration with Information Services and external vendors. This position requires active stakeholder engagement across the university, participation in requirements and design workshops, as well as ensuring data integrity through validation and remediation efforts.

Additionally, the role involves developing and executing test cases for user acceptance testing, coordinating with stakeholders for successful solution delivery, and maintaining robust documentation. The analyst is responsible for presenting critical insights and risks, leading knowledge transfer sessions, and supporting process documentation to ensure a smooth transition to the future state systems.

Skills and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess deep expertise in contemporary HCM systems such as SuccessFactors, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.  They are adept at transforming data from various sources into actionable insights while maintaining a thorough understanding of People & Culture processes, systems, and regulations, including Enterprise Agreements and their technical implications. In addition, they are knowledgeable about system integrations, including APIs and middleware, and excel in stakeholder management, collaborative relationship building, and the creation of user guides, process documentation, system specifications, as well as providing training and support to users.
